Black Stars Coach Kwasi Appiah is set to throw Kevin Prince Boateng and Sulley Muntari out of Ghana’s 2014 World Cup camp in Brasilia in the next few hours for separate incidents of indiscipline, Campionesport.com sources have revealed.
Muntari, who will miss the final Group G match against Portugal after picking up two yellow cards in the previous two games against USA and Germany, is reported to have slapped Black Stars Management Committee member Moses Armah Parker of Medeama SC after a heated argument.
Kevin Prince Boateng, who earlier criticized Coach Kwasi Appiah’s starting lineup in the opening group match against USA and later had an altercation with the former Asante Kotoko Head Coach at a Black Stars training session, would also be sent packing due to his unruly behaviour exhibited in camp.
Campionesport.com sources say Kevin Prince Boateng’s Black Stars career may have come to an abrupt end because the German born Ghanaian has failed to be submissive, leaving Coach Kwasi Appiah and the Black Stars Management Committee with no option but to exclude him from future senior national team assignments.
